Hogo Plus FS is an internal workforce application used by employees and management of the Company's factory in Maharashtra, India, for attendance recording, incident/complaint reporting, shift management and factory operations. It is intended solely for the Company's employees and authorised personnel; accounts are provisioned and managed by the Company's Time Office.

We do not collect contacts, calendars, messages, browsing history, financial information or advertising identifiers, and the app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
When you punch in, the selfie you take is compared with your stored reference selfie using Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rekognition, which returns a similarity score. Images are transmitted securely for this comparison and are not used by us or AWS to build unrelated face databases or for advertising. If verification cannot be completed, your punch is placed in a supervised review queue for the Time Office instead — no automatic adverse action is taken against you by the software alone. Your first approved selfie becomes your reference; the Time Office can reset it at any time on request.
These providers act as processors under our instructions and do not sell your data or use it for their own marketing. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Subject to applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may raise grievances about its processing.
Delete your account in the app: open Profile → Delete my account, confirm the warning and verify with the one-time password sent to your phone. This immediately and permanently deletes your name, phone number, selfies, face-verification data, push token and the live-location trail, and signs you out everywhere. Attendance, incident and audit records that the Company must keep by law are retained in anonymised form (“Deleted user #ID”). You may also request deletion in person at the Time Office or by email to the contact below.
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access to records is role-restricted (e.g., attendance review is limited to the Time Office and top management), and administrative actions are recorded in an audit trail.
The app is intended for adult employees only and is not directed at children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app and the revised policy will be published at this address.

अॅपमध्येच खाते डिलीट करा: प्रोफाइल → माझे खाते डिलीट करा उघडा, इशारा वाचून पुष्टी करा आणि फोनवर आलेल्या OTP ने पडताळणी करा. यामुळे तुमचे नाव, फोन नंबर, सेल्फी, चेहरा-पडताळणी माहिती, नोटिफिकेशन टोकन व लोकेशन नोंदी कायमच्या डिलीट होतात आणि सर्वत्र लॉगआउट होते. कायद्याने ठेवाव्या लागणाऱ्या हजेरी/तक्रार/ऑडिट नोंदी “Deleted user #ID” अशा निनावी स्वरूपात राहतात. टाइम ऑफिसमध्ये किंवा खालील ईमेलवरही विनंती करता येते.
सर्व माहिती एनक्रिप्टेड (HTTPS/TLS) पद्धतीने जाते; नोंदी भूमिकेनुसारच दिसतात; सर्व प्रशासकीय कृतींची ऑडिट नोंद होते.
